Eilean Ban have only 5 trustees. 2 of these trustees are over 80 years old and 3 are working full time.
We rely on volunteer wardens who get paid expenses to take tours around the island and stay in free accommodation.
The trust however can not survive and continue to protect the island and its flora and fauna without more help.
